My name is Emily Nelson.

I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
 
I am currently a Nationally Qualified Bikini competitor, working to earn my IFBB Pro card. I have been in the fitness industry, as either a competitor and personal trainer throughout the years, and have found my love and passion for helping people in their health journey along the way. 

Athletics have always been a cornerstone of my life - teaching me commitment, goal setting, discipline, as well as raising and exceeding my own standards. Being a multi-sport athlete my entire life, the teachings have bled over into my personal life as well - helping me continue to drive forward, challenge my knowledge as an athlete and coach, to always be learning and growing. It is my intentions to continue being educated within the fitness space to be the best coach to my abilities.

As an online fitness coach, it is my mission to help my clients not only achieve their wellness goals, but instill as much knowledge in them along the way to leave them armed with the skills to navigate their fitness journey forward. Coaching is not just about physical guidance, but mental as well. I pride myself on my ability to work with a multitude of individuals, all with their own unique goals, and support them both emotionally and physically.

Throughout my journey in the fitness industry, I’ve also found my love for sharing my day to day experiences with bodybuilding and coaching with as many people as I can reach. Bodybuilding has brought an immense amount of positivity and love into my life - it has challenged my strength physically and mentally. It’s left such a beautiful mark on my life, I feel compelled to help share that same experience with others. I refuse to stop learning, and therefore, want to share what I’ve experienced with others who also want to continue to learn and evolve within the health and wellness space.

I’ve been fortunate to be guided and mentored by industry leaders, constantly being challenged to strategize and learn all I can to support my clients’ journeys. I am blessed to be able to pass on any of my knowledge to my clientele.
